Processing of disc brake and brake caliper by broaching machine
Processing of disc brake and brake caliper by broaching machine Development of auto in recent period leads us into the field of disc brake and brake caliper broaching.Broaching disc brake is easy, but the bad rigidity and deformation of brake caliper makes us adopt measures:
We adopt different speed when broaching for the purpose of getting reasonable arrangement of rise teeth of rough broaching and finish broaching.
In order to guarantee the accuracy not affected by deformation of parts, finish broaching and rough broaching is individually. Additionally sup-port of jigs will reduce deformation.
The main specification of external surface broaching machine.
as follows:
Rated pulling capacity: 200kN
Nominal stroke:1600mm-2500mm
